Worst Album Cover Ever
I was reading this article about the worst Pen & Pixel album covers when I came across this gem. How many ways is this cover awesome?
Bears wearing purple hats/yarmukles: Check
Bear wearing some sweet shades: Check
Assorted fruits and nuts: Check
Also look at the bears in the background not only are they drinking some sort of wine/alcoholic beverages but they are drinking out of the biggest glasses I have ever seen and wearing what I imagine to be very comfortable robes.

That’s tough. The Leprechaun cover is pretty terrible but Doin Thangs is just so Jam-Packed with awfulness that I think it would win (or lose?)

It’s funny you all say that this is the worst album cover ever…since it WON Q-Magazine Best 100 Best album cover and Rolling stone featured it in it 1000 most influential covers of the decade!
This cover took almost 60 hours to complete, with four separate photo shoots. All of the props were rentals from an LA prop house and the bears were photo shopped it, as was the cave. The fish were real, the nuts were real. The honey dripping type was created from scratch in photoshop…no filters!
Big Bear is a great guy to work with…funny as hell! The cover is perfect for him!
