Troy Buswell: (edit: Original site is down. Here is another article about it)Politician from Australia who admitted this week that he sniffed the seat of a female staffer who worked for him.
"As revealed by The Sunday Times, Mr Buswell crawled around on his hands and knees in front of a former Liberal staffer before she left the job late in 2005.
In a separate incident, he lifted her chair and started sniffing it after she had sat in it in his parliamentary office.
The scandal follows an admission by the Liberal leader earlier this year that he had snapped open the bra of a Labor staffer."
So Buswell held a press conference and tearfully admitted (sniff, sniff) that he had sniffed the staffers seat. Thankfully he didn't make his embarrassed wife stand next to him during the conference, a favorite move of many American politicians who are embroiled in sex scandals.
Charles Ray Fuller: 21 year old from Texas who was arrested last week for trying to cash a 360 BILLION dollar check that he says his girlfriend's mother gave him to start a record company.
"The personal check was not made out to Mr. Fuller and when the bank contacted the check owner, the woman said she did not write a check for $360 billion."
I'm glad the bank had to contact the owner of the check. It does seem a little suspicious now that I think about it.
Fuller was "also accused of unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of marijuana" Of course. I wonder if he was high when he started adding zeros to the amount on the check and just couldn't help himself.
